Look at the images here – the Indian Superhero – Hrithik Roshan with his wife Susane Khan, The Roman Emperor Claudius and Lewis Caroll, Author of Alice in wonderland, a book which I am sure all of us have read. Is there any possible similarity between these people whatsoever?
Believe me or not they were all stutterers. And to glorify the list there have been people like Winston Churchill, Charles Darwin, King George IV, Marilyn Monroe and so on. They had a fear of speech to the extent that such have been recorded in history against their names forever. Yet people look up to them as icons in their respective fields. There are so many who want to be like them. Did you know that renowned actor Rowan Atkinson (of Mr Bean-fame) a person who have made a living in a profession which involves public appearances, was also a stutterer?
